The death has occurred of Lily (Elizabeth) Barwood (nee
Kennelly) New Jersey, USA and formerly of The Creamery Bar, Quay Street,
Ballylongford, Co. Kerry.
Lily (Elizabeth) Barwood nee Kennelly as she was more
affectionately known passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and
heartbroken family in New Jersey on Wednesday 26th January 2022.
Lily is predeceased by her husband Henry and her sister
Mary (O'Sullivan Lislaughtin, Ballylongford). She is sadly missed by her
five children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, all residing in the
USA, her beloved brother Teddy P. (Quay St, Ballylongford),lovingly
missed by her nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives and many friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 Holmdel Road, Holmdel, New
Jersey, USA on Monday 31st January 2022 from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral
arriving at St. Benedict's Catholic Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel,
New Jersey, where the Requiem Mass for Lily will be celebrated at 10am
on Tuesday morning 1st February 2022, followed by interment in Fairview
Cemetery, New Jersey, USA.
