The death has occurred of Maurice (Jer) O’Sullivan, Tennies, Valentia Island, Co. Kerry, in his 101st year. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered. Predeceased by his wife, Nancy. Survived by his sons Sean, Mossie, PJ, Gerard and Diarmuid, his five daughters in-law, Irene, Mary T, Mary B, Margaret and Kathryn, nieces and nephews,18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, godson Dan McCrohan,extended family, neighbours and friends.
Waking at his son Mossie’s residence (6th January) from 2pm to 8pm for family and close friends only. Requiem Mass will take place on Friday (7th January) at 11am in St Teresa & Derarca’s Church, Chapeltown, Valentia which may be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/valentia. Burial will take place afterwards in Cill Mhór Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Valentia Community Hospital.
