William (Bill) Leavey, 3 The Lots, Quarry Cross, Gneeveguilla and late of Ballydaly, Tullamore, Co. Offaly and Kingsbury, London. On Tuesday, 8th March, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and attentive staff at Killarney Nursing Home. Sadly missed by his loving wife Hannah (Ann), sons; William, Patrick, John and his partner Dee, Paul and his partner Sandra, daughter in law Josephine. Lovingly remembered by his sister Anne Molloy, cherished grandchildren; Sarah, Nicole, Natalie, Elizabeth, Conor and Sorcha, great-grandchildren; Ava, Liam, Hannah, Ollie and Isabelle, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at St. Brigid’s Funeral Home, Gneeveguilla, from 5.30pm to 7pm on Thursday, 10th March, with immediate removal to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Gneeveguilla. On Friday, 11th March, Requiem Mass will take place at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Gneeveguilla, at 11am. Once Mass has concluded Bill will undertake one final journey, pausing briefly at his residence at the Quarry Cross, subsequently turning right at the Quarry Cross for Lisheen Cross and then turning right at Barnard Cross before his final journey concluding with arrival at Rathmore Cemetery where he will be laid to eternal rest.
